What will happen after I place an online order?
Your online order is only used as a placeholder as the final prices are not reflected, it is not an order confirmation. Once we receive an online order from you, we will put it on hold status. We will then contact you over the phone if you don’t have an existing profile with us. Finally, we will place an order into our system for you. Please allow us one day to prepare your order, we will ship it to you on the next working day.
How do I get my invoice / order statement?
Your online orders will be in your online account for reference. The order that we place into our system will have all the information about payment, invoice, and shipping. You will receive the invoice via email or fax once we have finished processing your order. Please contact us if you have any more questions.
How do I register for an online account?

- You will have an account once you have placed your first online order.

What is your return policy?
Please contact us if you have any questions about products and your order.
You don’t need to put your credit card online, there is no payment method online, we will send you an invoice after we place your order into our system, and contact you about your payment.

Orders under $100.00 will have a service charge.
